128 941,17 лв. Това е сумата, която е постъпила по сметките на обявената в несъстоятелност Корпоративна търговска банка АД (КТБ) през миналата седмица. Това става ясно от седмичния отчет на Росен Ангелчев и Лазар Илиев за периода 17-21 август, публикуван на сайта на Фонда за гарантиране на влоговете в банките (ФГВБ).
16 473,39 лв. от тях са били погасени на каса, 102 789,42 лв. - по банковата сметка в левове в обслужващата банка, а други 1 083,85 евро и 9 966 долара – по сметките в чуждите валути. За сравнение – през предходната седмица над 6 млн. лв. постъпиха по сметките на трезора.
От отчета става ясно, че през седмицата е извършено инкасо на наличните парични средства от централния трезор на КТБ до „Касов център на БНБ“, като сумата е била преведена по сметката на банката в централната банка, но размерът й не се уточнява.
Като цяло акцент в отчетния документ заема работата на синдиците по изготвяне и публикуване на списъка с приетите вземания в Търговския регистър. Достъпът до документа вече е свободен, а до 4 септември могат да бъдат направени писмени възражения срещу приети или неприети в него вземания.
В своя седмичен отчет пред Илиев и Ангелчев международната компания Alix Partners, която бе наета да извърши действия по проследяване и връщане на активи на КТБ, посочва, че продължава работата си по проследяване на вътрешнобанковите и междубанковите трансакции на КТБ, свързани с кредитната и цялостната дейност на банката.
Аlix Partners не спира и със събирането на доказателства, свързани с разследването и с разработване на конкретни предложения за възстановяване на дължими на банката средства. Към момента компанията се фокусира върху вече разгледани кредитни досиета. В последния отчет не се споменава за започнала работа по нови.
Ангелчев и Илиев продължават с исканията за издаване на заповеди за незабавни изпълнения по договори за кредити спрямо дружества длъжници на КТБ. Тъй като в отчета всички данни, отнасящи се до физическите и юридическите лица, са заличени, отново не става ясно към кои фирми са насочени исковете.
Поради същата причина не е известно срещу кои компании синдиците са образували изпълнителни производства, на кои са пратили писма с покани за доброволно изпълнение и за задълженията на кои са се обърнали към частни съдебни изпълнители.
Синдиците продължават с анализа на договорите, по които банката е страна и предприемат действия по прекратяване, включително по взаимно съгласие, на онези от тях, които водят до натрупване на разноски и в същото време не са необходими с оглед опазване и управление на имуществото на банката.
